WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Are you ready to kickstart your meditation journey and create a lasting practice? It's time to let go of any misconceptions about meditation, tune into your breath, and get ready to discover inner balance and total Zen. Over the next 10 days, we'll help you ease into a meditation routine and experience all the wonderful benefits it has to offer. Each day, we'll focus on different aspects that connect our mind to our body and breath, helping you develop a practice that feels just right for you! Starting and sticking with a meditation routine can be challenging, so we'll take it slow. We'll begin by dedicating just 5 minutes a day for the first few days, preferably in the morning, and gradually work our way up to 15+ minutes of mindfulness every day. Throughout the program, you'll learn how to tune into your breath, practice different breathing techniques, quiet your mind, identify areas of tension and discomfort in your body, and discover ways to enhance your meditation experience. We'll also explore guided visualization meditations and provide a brief introduction to our chakra system. Every day, we'll practice bringing our attention to the sensations in our body, the fluctuations in our mind, and the quality of our breath, all to help us find peace and awareness within ourselves.
